Ebro is the longest full-flowing river in Spain (940 km). There are 3 large reservoirs on the river: Riba Roja, Flix, Caspe - Mequinenza. Today, it is a favorite place for sports trophy fishing tourists from all over Europe. There are a large population of pike perch, carp, giant catfish, black perch at the reservoirs.
The average weight of the caught fish reaches from 10 kg, and in the spring and autumn specimens up to 150 kg are caught.
